Job Overview

As a Concrete Laborer, you will assist in all aspects of commercial concrete construction, including site preparation, mixing, pouring, and finishing. This role is physically demanding but offers great opportunities for growth and skill development in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing job sites by setting up forms and reinforcing structures with rebar or wire mesh.
• Mix, pour, and spread concrete under the direction of supervisors.
• Use hand and power tools to smooth and finish concrete surfaces.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
• Clean and maintain job sites and tools.
• Follow all safety regulations and company procedures.

Requirements:

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Previous experience in construction or concrete work is a plus.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Willing & available to work overtime hours (up to 60 hours/week).  Monday – Friday plus Saturdays in peak seasons.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid driver`s license and reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with tools and construction equipment.
