Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Site Layout & Concrete Equipment Operator with expertise in Total Station Layout, Somero Laser Screed operation, and CDL certification to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring precision and efficiency in concrete placement and finishing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Total Station for accurate site layout and elevation control.
• Set up and operate Somero Laser Screed for precise concrete leveling.
• Transport and operate concrete-related equipment as needed (CDL required).
• Work closely with site supervisors and project managers to ensure project accuracy.
• Maintain and inspect equipment for optimal performance and safety compliance.
• Assist with general concrete pouring, finishing, and site preparation as required.
• Utilize 3D-controlled skid loader grading systems to achieve precise grading and site preparation.

Requirements:

• Valid driver`s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
• Proven experience operating Total Station and Laser Screed in concrete construction.
• CDL (Commercial Driver`s License) required for equipment transport.
• Strong understanding of concrete placement techniques and industry best practices.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and adherence to company safety policies.
• Physical ability to perform tasks in various weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional certifications in concrete finishing or heavy equipment operation.
• Experience with GPS, Total Station, or other digital layout technologies.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• OSHA certification and other relevant safety training.
