We are looking for a mission driven Content Writer to join our team! Under the guidance of and in collaboration with the Development and Communications Director the Content Writer is responsible for creating patient, public and employee communications that support the programs and marketing objectives for OneWorld Community Health Centers. This includes writing content for advertising, brochures, flyers, website(s), social media platforms, and print materials. Delivers quality writing pieces that appeal to our audiences, attract patients and boost community awareness.

This is a full-time position located at our administrative office off of 47th and Center. The schedule will be 40 hours per week; generally, Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor`s degree in Journalism, English, or related field required with at least two years of experienced related to the job.
2. Proficiency in English required, Spanish preferred. 
3. Exemplary verbal and written communication skills required. 
4. Graphics and Web experience valuable
5. Computer proficiency and experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) required; CANVA a plus. 
6. Proven experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role; experience in a health, social service and/or non-profit environment helpful. 
7. Demonstrated skills in time management and organization with a high attention to detail, required. 
8. Ability to work independently and in an autonomous manner, and in collaboration with other team members. 
9. Demonstrated flexibility to change, with a willingness to accept a diverse range of projects and artificial intelligence.
