$17.50-$18.50

Location: South Omaha
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: Competitive Pay + Weekly Direct Deposit+ Weekly incentive Pay

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Bilingual Recruiter to join our growing industrial staffing team in South Omaha. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and onboard candidates for industrial and warehouse positions
• Maintain communication with employees and clients
• Assist with applicant screening and job placement
• Conduct orientations and complete hiring paperwork
• Support daily office operations and employee relations
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English & Spanish required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Previous recruiting, staffing, or office experience preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Reliable and professional attitude
