Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is currently searching for a remarkable PM Restaurant Supervisor for The Farnam, Autograph Collection, in Omaha, Nebraska.

Hourly Salary: $24 per hour

Job Purpose:

Guest & Service Leadership

  • Provide friendly, helpful service to all guests.
  • Oversee restaurant and bar operations during AM shifts.
  • Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally.
  • Maintain high service and hospitality standards.

Team Support & Training
  • Train, coach, and support team members.
  • Ensure all staff are properly trained and certified.
  • Assist with scheduling, onboarding, performance reviews, and employee relations.
  • Step in to support the team when needed (serving, hosting, bussing, etc.).

Operations & Administration
  • Ensure accurate job codes and timekeeping.
  • Manage labor, inventory, and daily financial performance.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Maintain safety, sanitation, and OSHA compliance.
  • Ensure equipment is maintained and issues are reported.
  • Follow all company policies and SOPs.

Communication & Collaboration
  • Communicate clearly with guests, staff, and leadership.
  • Share important updates across departments.
  • Respond positively to feedback and new ideas.
  • Attend required meetings and participate in cross-training.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous restaurant supervisory experience preferred.
  • Marriott/Forbes standards experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform typical front-of-house duties.
