This is a fast-paced, relationship-driven role where you'll work with carrier partners, coordinate shipments, and help solve problems in real time. We're hiring for an entry-level position-ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, fast-paced work, and learning the logistics industry from the ground up. If you've worked in a busy restaurant, call center, warehouse, team-based environment, or the military, your skills may translate perfectly.RequirementsWhat You'll Do* Make daily phone and email contact with trucking carriers to match freight to available capacity* Negotiate transportation rates and secure reliable carriers* Track and trace loads to ensure on-time pickup and delivery* Build relationships with carriers and identify opportunities to grow our network* Enter shipment updates and carrier information into our systems accurately and in real-time* Collaborate with account managers and logistics coordinators to deliver great serviceWhat You Bring* College education - with a focus or at least interest in business, logistics, or supply chain management* Strong communication and problem-solving skills* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized under pressure* Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and learning logistics systems* Friendly, team-oriented attitude and eagerness to grow* Previous logistics and TMW Suite software experience is a plus-but not requiredWhy Hill Bros?We're a family-owned company built on values like relentlessness, adaptability, and service.
