Customer Service / Order Entry Representative

Location: Omaha, NE
Pay: $21.00/hour
Shift: 2nd Shift

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at multitasking? We're looking for a Customer Service / Order Entry Representative to support daily shipping, receiving and customer service operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and dispatch customer shipments
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Communicate with warehouse teams, customers and carriers regarding shipments and receipts
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with inquiries
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional manner
• Ensure shipping and receiving documentation is completed accurately and on time
• Assist with inbound and outbound freight scheduling
• Perform data entry, filing, email correspondence and other administrative duties
• Support daily office and customer service operations

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Computer proficiency, including data entry and email communication
• Ability to operate office equipment, calculators and phone systems
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions

Work Environment

• Warehouse and office setting
• Temperatures may range from approximately 28°F to 38°F depending on work area
• Occasional exposure to wet floors or damp conditions
• May work in an environment where meat products are present
