Qualifications

• State License License must be in hand at time of application.
• Certifications BLS (AHA)
• Certifications ARRT (CT) or ARRT (R)
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Computed Tomography in last 3 years.
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in job's specialty in last 3 years.
• Skills Assessment COT skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• References 1 reference within the last 2 years. 1 Supervisor reference within the last 1 year.
• Additional Confirmations have not worked as a permanent or per diem employee of this health system in the past year
• Additional Confirmations I have submitted all time off requests. I am aware that I cannot make additional requests after submission.
• Additional Confirmations I confirm I have all the following experience: Level 1 Trauma experience ; Ability to perform venipuncture Must Have: Proficiency with Siemens equipment and Bracco contrast injectors Must Have: Experience with CTAs, hearts, and perfusion studies Must Have: EPIC EMR and McKesson PACS experience
• Travel Contract Must travel at least 50.0 miles to receive a travel stipend. Local candidates are eligible, but the pay package may adjust the rate by a few dollars per hour, will not contain a travel stipend, and will be entirely taxable.
• Requested Time Off Up to 7 days of time off can be requested.
