**Driver's license required at submittal and will be used to determine if candidate is outside 50 miles.**
**Fingernail policy: Artificial nails are prohibited in all departments providing patient care- refusal to remove nails will lead to termination of contract
Radiation Therapist (Medical Dosimetrist) with Dosimetry training and certification. BLS is required. This will be 40 hour per week for 13 week contract.

Types of Treatments: External beam (EBRT) & internal (IRT), Proton Therapy; Brachytherapy; 3D-CRT, IMRT, IGRT, SRT,VMAT Permanent implants, Internal Treatments, Microwave, Gamma knife, TomoTherapy, etc. Eclipse External Beam. 3D, IMRT, VMAT, IGRT, SBRT.
