Description:
This position requires working in a fast-paced and busy environment.
The department provides a mixed population service ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics.
A vast variety of imaging and studies will be performed.
Responsibilities include working in the operating room and emergency room.
Common types of imaging studies include CT angiograms, heart perfusions, and more.
Candidates must be willing to adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.
Teamwork and strong follow-up skills are essential for success in this role.
The facility has 8 treatment areas equipped with Siemens equipment and Bracco contrast injectors.
Floating to cover other areas may be required based on department needs.
Candidates should expect to maintain a busy workload and demonstrate problem-solving capabilities.
The role may require working on weekends and holidays as needed.
The electronic medical record system used is EPIC, with PACS managed by McKesson.
