ONSITE ROLE
Under the general direction of the IT Manager-Support & Services, this position will work closely with other department leaders to configure, maintain, and troubleshoot multiple IT systems critical to business continuity.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
• Manages the server administration, maintenance, and configuration (both physical and virtual).
• Performs Windows patch preparation and installation.
• Provides server backup and recovery-related activities.
• Manages the Active Directory/GPO administration.
• Performs SIEM administration and monitoring.
• Prepares and maintains documentation for applicable job duties.
• Responsible for System-related project management.

Must be willing to provide 24-hour on-call support (rotation schedule).
• Skilled in Microsoft Office suite of products.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Skilled in CAT 5/6 cabling.
• Skilled in NCR Retalix POS.
• Skilled in Comdata Smart Solutions POS.
• Skilled in Allied NeXGen forecourt controllers.
• Skilled in Genetec.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Ability to perform in a professional manner with all levels of the organization and customers.
• Ability to travel as needed.
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB
• Associate's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of similar IT work experience.
• Previous IT and operational knowledge of various industries, preferred
