Penn National Gaming - - Responsibilities: Performs daily cleaning projects as directed by supervisors; Cleans all floor mats; sweeps and mops all kitchen floors to remove food, debris, and grease; Maintains hood vent system and ovens; Maintains adequate inventory of supplies needed to perform job function; Responsible for proper storage of all equipment
