A-1 Staffing is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented part-time Apartment Cleaner to work with one of our clients in the Omaha and Gretna areas. This role focuses on cleaning and maintaining apartments to a high standard, ensuring a welcoming and clean environment for tenants and guests. Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and bedrooms in apartments
• Perform tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and wiping down surfaces
• Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners
• Follow cleaning checklists and specific instructions for each unit
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to management

Qualifications:

• 1+ years experience in cleaning
• Carpet cleaning experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
• Ability to work independently and adhere to assigned schedules
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation to go between job sites
• Ability to understand basic English

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, 9:00am until done. Weekends as needed
