What You'll Do

• Greet guests, explain games, and help them get started
• Patrol the gaming area to assist guests and keep everything running smoothly
• Operate the POS system and handle guest transactions accurately
• Keep areas like laser tag and escape rooms clean, organized, and ready for play
• Enforce safety and game rules while maintaining a fun, welcoming atmosphere
• Promote upcoming events and keep guests excited to return
• Support your teammates and jump in wherever needed

What You'll Bring

• A positive attitude and love for guest interaction
• 6+ months of hospitality, retail, or entertainment experience preferred (but not required)
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays - that's when the fun happens!
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
