Description
We are seeking a creative, driven and collaborative Adaptive, Functional Fitness Coordinator to join Team QLI. GRIT: Grit. Resilience. Intensity. Tenacity. These traits epitomize QLI's innovative GRIT personal fitness program. It's an innovative offering that spurs our specialized athletes to surge forward in life as they strive to adapt, grow and shatter personal bests.
Serving both clients from our brain and spinal cord injury rehabilitation programs, as well as QLI alumni and community members, the GRIT program offers customized workouts designed to improve health, posture, flexibility, strength and balance – all keys to wellness and maximizing purpose and independence.
The GRIT Coordinator envisions, plans and leads lively in-person and remote sessions that also cultivate powerful relationships and a sense of camaraderie and community.

Vaccination Requirements
Annual flu vaccine is required during flu season. If needed, we will provide vaccination at QLI, free of charge.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, must be available between 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
