Manager of Scheduling

MCL Construction is seeking a Manager of Scheduling to lead and improve company-wide scheduling practices. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys structure, problem-solving, and ensuring accuracy across projects.

What You'll Do

• Develop and manage scheduling standards, metrics, and reporting.
• Audit current practices and implement improvements.
• Partner with project teams to align schedules with organizational goals.
• Serve as the technical expert for scheduling processes.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of scheduling experience (construction strongly preferred).
• 3+ years of leadership or team management.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools (Primavera P6 or similar).
• Strong analytical and process-driven mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
