Personal Lines Account Manager Full-Time | $50,000 - $75,000/year | Insurance Industry | Mid-Level

We're searching for a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join our client-focused team. What You'll Do
- Oversee and grow a portfolio of personal lines insurance clients with attentive service and professionalism.
- Evaluate client coverage requirements and propose tailored insurance options with precise quotes.
- Serve as the primary liaison for policy maintenance, renewals, and all client inquiries.
- Support clients throughout the claims process to facilitate quick and effective resolutions.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments, new products, and regulatory changes.
- Cultivate long-term relationships through regular communication and proactive follow-up.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working with personal lines insurance.
- Current Property & Casualty insurance license valid in your state.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills paired with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and a customer-centric mindset.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and a team player.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline.
- Experience using insurance agency management or CRM systems.
- Interest in pursuing certifications such as CISR or CIC.
