Customer Service Team Lead - $51,000/year

Full-time | On-site | Hybrid after training (3-days in office)

Ready to lead a high-performing customer service team? We're looking for a motivated Customer Service Team Lead to oversee daily operations, coach and mentor representatives, and drive improvements in customer satisfaction and retention.
What You'll Do

• Lead and manage a team of customer service and licensed representatives
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and regular 1:1 meetings
• Track attendance, approve time off, and manage scheduling changes
• Handle escalated issues including BBB, DOI, social media, and policyholder concerns
• Collaborate with performance coaches and trainers to monitor and improve team performance
• Ensure compliance with processes, procedures, and service expectations

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license (If it's expired)
  • Must have strong foundation within the Insurance Industry
• Bachelor's degree
• 1+ year of management or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to make decisions, prioritize tasks, and think critically in fast-paced situations
