What to Expect

• Lead strategic program execution and manage cross-functional teams for transformation initiatives
• Oversee a team responsible for enterprise and divisional project management, ensuring effective delivery
• Align with business leaders to translate divisional strategies into actionable roadmaps
• Develop and present senior-level program updates and presentations to leadership
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment while mentoring program management resources

What is Required

• Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in consulting and enterprise-level portfolio/program/project management
• Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, and change management
• Solid understanding of program management principles and methodologies, including Agile
• Minimum of 2 large-scale program implementations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• 3+ years of people leadership experience, with at least 1 year leading other leaders
• Project Management Institute (PMI) certification as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP)
• Experience with Software Transformation programs, particularly Guidewire
• Strong financial analysis skills and ability to develop/manage business cases
• Excellent proficiency in MS Excel, SmartSheet, and PowerPoint
