#x 9; Prepare air permit application packages and associated documentation. Conduct environmental site assessments and inspections to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal air quality requirements. Calculate and estimate routine emissions, greenhouse gases, and maintenance, start-up, and shutdown emissions. Work with clients and team members to manage projects, budgets, and timelines. Assist with multi-media-based questions and documentation, such as Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPP - Ps), Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans, and filings pursuant to the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA). Ensure compliance with company and site safety policies. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Environmental Science or a related science or engineering discipline from an accredited program, with a minimum of 7 years (10 years preferred) of relevant experience.
