Overview of the Customer Success/Insurance Sales Specialist
Delivers excellence in customer service to policyholders and prospective insureds specializing in inbound sales of commercial auto insurance.

Duties of the Customer Success/Insurance Sales Specialist
Answers coverage and other underwriting questions and billing and payment questions. Delivers price options and closes sales for directly with the customer
- Inbound sales of commercial auto insurance policies
- Delivers price options and closes sales directly with the customer
- Identifies and evaluates risks, prices, and determines policy terms and conditions for approval in accordance with company guidelines
- Utilize technology and data for coverage determination and premium calculation
- Provide excellent customer service for existing customers
- Strong communication and decision-making skills via phone and email.
- Associate degree required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2 years' experience in customer-facing role, preferably in financial services, healthcare, or other regulated industry
- Prior sales experience is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Basic math knowledge
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- $27 - $28/hr.
