Overview
SDS Division Software Operations and Integration Manager 2 – Northrop Grumman Defense Systems. Location options include Huntsville, AL; Roy, Utah; Bellevue, NE; or Colorado Springs, CO. This is a full-time role with a 9/80 schedule and potential relocation assistance.
What You'll Do
- Provides horizontal integration across the Division and functional Software teams.
- Coordinates with the Division Homeroom to identify needs and coordinate task closure (Agile).
- Acts with urgency and accountability; takes ownership of tasks and strategic direction.
- Builds relationships, communicates to influence, and ensures accountability across a network of stakeholders.
- Manages budget/forecast across multiple teams and funding sources.
- Collaborates on the Long-Range Strategic Plan (LRSP) portfolio with functional managers, including budget planning, monitoring progress, and status reporting.
- Navigates ambiguity and develops systemic approaches to address and solve problems.
- Prepares charts, briefings, and metrics for the Director to understand health of the organization and tasking status.
- Provides technical interface with SDS Division Integration for rotations, onboarding, and internships.
- Updates project database information from multiple inputs; coordinates SharePoint database changes with admins and developers; leads Software CoP calendars and communications across sites.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in STEM with 6 years of relevant experience
- 1+ years of experience leading a project and/or driving performance against schedule
- Technical experience with software applications, technical project management, or operations of systems and technologies
- Must be a US citizen with an active DoD Secret clearance
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel 10% of the time

Salary range: $122,800 – $203,600 per year. This range is a guideline; final offers consider scope, responsibilities, candidate experience, education, skills, and market conditions. Overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses may apply. Benefits include health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, holidays, and PTO.
