• Facilitate communication between upper management and employees, ensuring important information flows both ways.
• Prepare and submit performance reports regularly.
• Make informed decisions regarding rewards and promotions based on performance.
• Hire and train new employees as needed.
• Ensure compliance with legal and company policies, and undertake disciplinary actions when necessary.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a supervisor or in a relevant role.
• Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines in the industry.
• Able to learn a variety of job descriptions as required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Diploma or Certificate in first line management or a related field.
