Requires the ability to lift, carry, push or pull moderate weights. Experience with HVAC systems, elevators, and general maintenance is preferred.
Education and Experience
Prior experience with institutional building facilities is preferred.

Department: MaintenanceReports to: Fr Stephen Hilgendorf
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Full charge of facilities for a small, three-building parish campus. Identifies requirements and ensures appropriate action is taken to meet the maintenance needs of the facilities through a prioritized plan of work. Work is primarily self-performed, and coordinated with external contractors as needed. Approximately 20 hours/month, no janitorial work.Requirements
