Warehouse Associate – Overhead Crane Operator

Location: Omaha, Nebraska

Job Type: Contract to Hire

Pay: $19–$21/hr. + Overtime Available

Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 11:30 PM

We're hiring Warehouse Associates to operate overhead cranes and load structural steel beams. If you're dependable, ready to work, and want a long-term opportunity with solid pay and room to grow—this is it.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate overhead cranes to lift and position steel beams

• Load trucks based on customer order sheets

• Track inventory in your assigned bay

• Keep your crane clean and in working condition

• Ensure all loads are secure and within lifting limits

What You Bring

• 6+ months of warehouse experience

• Experience with forklifts or pallet jacks

• Comfortable lifting and handling heavy materials

• Prior overhead crane experience is a plus—but not required

• Willingness to learn and grow into skilled roles

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
