Enjoy an average annual income of $76,800 (federally tax-free) along with room and board. You must be a resident of Nebraska and own or rent your living space.

As a Home Support Provider, you will:

• Share your home with an individual with a disability.
• Create a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment.
• Serve as a mentor, assisting with daily living tasks.
• Help cultivate life skills and foster independence.

In this role, you will engage in activities of daily living, both at home and within the community, while matching your support capabilities with the individual's needs. Responsibilities may include:

• Providing assistance with cooking, cleaning, laundry, budgeting, and decision-making.
• Administering medications and attending medical appointments.
• Ensuring overall health and well-being.
• Documenting daily activities via a web-based case management application.
• Facilitating community inclusion and socialization opportunities.
• Maintaining compliance with all state and agency policies.
• Effective communication with team members.
• Providing necessary transportation.

Additional responsibilities based on your preferences may include:

• Assisting with personal care needs such as bathing and toileting.
• Supporting medical protocols and caring for individuals with complex needs.
• Addressing behavioral challenges as necessary.

Requirements:

• Must be a Nebraska resident.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance, and transportation are required.
• Active home or renter's insurance.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Experience is preferred but not required.
• Reliable computer and internet access.
• Completion of state-mandated trainings.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment.
• Ability to pass background checks.
