Read further to learn how you could help make great things possible in your community and around the world.In the role of ERP Developer Emerging Technologies, you'll be responsible for: Conducting research and development to integrate AI capabilities into ERP systems.Identifying, validating, and prototyping impactful improvements to our core Oracle platforms, leveraging AI solutions.Working under the guidance of the ERP Solutions Architect to design and implement new Oracle functionalities, including machine learning models to optimize ERP functions.Implementing and maintaining APIs that support AI-driven features such as recommendations and learning paths.Collaborating with ERP cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI solutions.Coordinating with the Enterprise Data Services, DevOps, Data Scientists, and GenAI teams.Working with functional teams to pilot use cases and discuss design best practices under the guidance of the ERP Solutions Architect and Senior Development Manager.Developing and deploying AI algorithms to enhance data processing, predictive analytics, and decision-making within ERP systems.Evaluating and improving existing AI models to meet business needs.Staying current on AI trends and technologies to continuously enhance ERP systems.Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Data Science, or related field.Minimum of 3 years' experience working with ERP systems.Experience with integration technologies.Hands-on experience with Oracle's development tools and no-code/low-code platforms such as Oracle APEX and VBCS.Experience with natural language processing.Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Data Science, or related field.Experience with AI and machine learning.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, and PL/SQL.Understanding of data science and natural language processing.Familiarity with cloud platforms like OCI, AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.Proven ability to learn and adapt to changing technologies.Strong communication skills to convey complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.What We Believe HDR is our company.
