Monday through Friday with Manager on Duty every 4-6 weeks for weekend coverage.

What You'll Do:

• Build strong, meaningful relationships with prospective residents and their families.
• Position our community as the go-to choice in senior living.
• Unleash your creativity by organizing engaging and memorable social events.
• Mentor, coach, and support staff to provide an exceptional experience for families and prospects.
• Lead with passion—set the standard and be willing to jump in when needed.
• Maintain a clean driving record (you'll have access to a company car).
• Live our values daily—Professionalism, Commitment, Integrity, and Compassion.
• Be open to learning and growing under the guidance of our experienced leaders.

Bonus Points If You Have:

Multi-family housing experience
Several years of sales experience—especially in senior living
A degree in business, marketing, or a related field
A relationship-driven approach and a goal-oriented mindset
A positive, team-focused attitude
