This role will oversee catering activities for a medium to large-sized location/unit and complex events, requiring hands-on involvement in catering solutions. Minimum Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience: 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience: 1 year in food or culinary services, including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
