CHI Health seeks to add a Clinic EMT / Paramedic to our Family Medicine Clinic at Maple Hills, near 101st & Maple.

Schedule: Tuesday-Friday 6:45 am - 5:15 pm, no weekends, no holidays, no call.

Responsibilities

Up to $5000 Sign-On Bonus, paid in full after 30 days of employment!

This role supports healthcare teams by ensuring they have necessary supplies and assisting in patient preparation, significantly impacting patient experience. If you are passionate about supporting others, we want to hear from you.

Expectations

  • Perform general patient care following clinic workflows.
  • Greet and prepare patients: vital signs, allergies, medications, screening questionnaires, visit reasons.
  • Collect and prepare lab specimens.
  • Administer medications and vaccines.
  • Clean and sterilize instruments.
  • Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms.
  • Escalate issues appropriately.
  • Complete safety checks and quality controls.
  • Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Graduate of an approved EMT training program
  • State-issued EMT license
  • Active Nebraska Medication Aide Registry within 90 days of hire
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association

Pay Range

$16.26 - $22.36 per hour
