Position Title: Automotive Sales Consultant

Job Location: Woodhouse Place Mazda - 8606 S 145th St, Omaha, NE 68138

Position Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday - Saturday (with a weekday off)

Compensation: Uncapped commission earnings

  • Uncapped Commission Earnings: There is no limit to how much you can earn in commission. Your income is directly tied to your performance, so the more you sell (or achieve specified sales targets), the more you earn.
  • Monthly Guarantee Pay While Training: During the training period, you will receive a guaranteed base pay each month. This ensures financial stability while you are learning the skills and processes required for the role.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer the right vehicles.
  • Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to customers.
  • Meet and exceed personal and dealership sales targets.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of vehicle inventory and industry trends.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with customers.

Qualifications:

  • Sales experience preferred but not required.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools, email campaigns, social media, and online sales platforms.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple leads, appointments, and administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Great attention to detail and organization.
  • Empathy: Ability to understand and relate to customer needs.
  • Problem-Solving: Think quickly to resolve customer issues and questions.
  • Patience: Build trust without pressure.
  • Networking: Ability to leverage contacts for success.
  • Motivated and goal-oriented: Driven by targets.
  • Flexible schedule, including Saturdays and some holidays.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
