Position Details

Position Title: Automotive Sales Consultant

Job Location: Woodhouse Place Mazda - 8606 S 145th St, Omaha, NE 68138

Position Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday - Saturday (with a weekday off)

Compensation: Uncapped commission earnings

Compensation Details

  • Uncapped Commission Earnings: There is no limit to how much you can earn in commission. Your income is directly tied to your performance, so the more you sell or achieve sales targets, the more you earn.
  • Monthly Guarantee Pay While Training: During the training period, you will receive a guaranteed base pay each month to ensure financial stability as you learn the role.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
  • Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits.
  • Meet and exceed personal and dealership sales targets.
  • Maintain knowledge of inventory and industry trends.
  • Follow up with leads and nurture customer relationships.

Qualifications

These skills are essential for building trust, closing deals, and developing long-term client relationships:

  • Sales experience preferred but not required.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, email campaigns, social media, and online sales platforms.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple leads, appointments, and tasks efficiently.

  • Empathy: Understanding and relating to customer needs.
  • Problem-Solving: Thinking quickly to resolve customer issues.

  • Flexibility to work Saturdays and some holidays.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings including background check and drug test.
