Description:

Autotrader, a Cox Automotive brand, is seeking a Client Success & Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires the candidate to be located in the Omaha, Nebraska area.

As the Client Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving subscription revenue growth for Autotrader and Kelley Blue Book products. Your main focus will be on expanding a portfolio of franchise and large independent automotive dealers. You will provide tailored solutions to help dealers meet their business goals, offer key insights into industry challenges, and collaborate with Cox Auto sales teams for seamless referrals. Building strong relationships with automotive dealers in your portfolio will be at the core of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and surpass revenue, retention, and referral targets.
  • Manage your sales pipeline effectively while maintaining accurate forecasting.
  • Utilize a variety of sales enablement systems and analytics tools to maximize efficiency.
  • Surpass dealer expectations consistently.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with various decision-makers at dealer clients to enhance revenue and reduce cancellations.
  • Conduct impactful monthly ROI business reviews showcasing value propositions.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to guide dealers in informed business decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling across your assigned accounts.
  • Support your dealers during the onboarding process and advocate for their needs.
  • Address and route customer issues efficiently to the right contacts or business units.

You are a proactive and solution-oriented sales professional who excels at building and maintaining client relationships. Being on the move, connecting with clients, and providing them with solutions energizes you. You have a structured approach to your work and care deeply about client relationships.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6 years of relevant experience; or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
  • Willingness to travel within your assigned sales territory.
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the automotive industry or advertising media.
  • Field-based sales experience.
  • Strong knowledge of social media, digital advertising, and online platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRMs and analytics tools.
