Our work depends on an experienced Program Planner joining our team to guide the program team in developing and maintaining the program's integrated master schedules and provide critical feedback to the program execution team regarding program status and risks.

HOW A MASTER SCHEDULER PLANNER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Performs administrative and analytical tasks in support of a the cost and schedule baseline and technical performance requirements of contract program.

  • Develops project schedules and budgets, monitoring tasks, and analyzing performance to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program.

  • Establishes and defines program plan requirements and directs or performs in-depth studies to determine optimum program plans.

  • Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met using industry standard Earned Value Management tools.

  • Interacts regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements.

  • Supports business development activities with regards to cost and schedule performance management

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science (or equivalent years of experience).Degree is highly preferred

  • Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience

  • Required Technical Skills: Subject level mastery of Microsoft Project

  • Security Clearance Level:Active Secret clearance.Must be eligible to obtain TS/SCI.Active TS/SCI is highly preferred.

  • Required Skills and Abilities: Communication, Problem Solving, Teamwork

  • Preferred Skills: Microsoft PowerBI or Excel Power Query and Macros or P6

  • Location: Offutt AFB, Omaha, NE

  • US Citizenship Required

The likely salary range for this position is $108,979 - $147,443. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
