• Compensation: $18.00-$24.00 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Help equipment operator, excavation manager, and other skilled labor when necessary.
• Prepares necessary supplies, tools and other equipment for transport to worksite.
• Load or unload construction materials
• Operates small hand tools and provides other construction type labor in projects.
• Set up and take down ladders, barriers, and other temporary structure.
• Maintaining a clean job site - pick up tools and equipment and secure job site each day in order to eliminate potential hazards.
• Proficient with use of pipe/grade laser
• Use hand tools (rakes, shovels, broom) as needed.
• Ready to learn from on-the-job training when necessary.

Requirements:

• CDL license with clean driving record preferred.
• Sewer Layer License preferred.
• Machine Operation-Excavator/backhoe/skid load experience preferred.
• Self-motivated.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to complete required physical labor for entire shift.
• Must maintain a healthy physique able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs., hold a minimum of 30 lbs. overhead for an extended period, squat/sit in small space for extended period, and aid in other overall physical job requirements.
• Must be able to understand and adhere to the safety requirements of this position.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Proficient with small tools.
• Ability to be on time at yard (6 am) every day.
• Ability to work on roofs & lifts.
