Job Description:
As a Salesforce Campaign Manager/Developer, you will support marketing initiatives by leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud to develop, optimize, and maintain targeted, multi-channel campaigns. You will collaborate with business partners to design solutions that align with client engagement strategies, leveraging SQL, AMPscript, HTML, and CSS. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Act as an internal consultant, advising business partners on campaign strategies and best practices
• Develop and manage ad-hoc and automated campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Create and maintain email assets using AMPscript, HTML, and CSS
• Design and optimize audience segmentation using custom SQL, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder
• Analyze marketing data to drive insights and improve campaign performance
• Redevelop and migrate legacy campaigns to Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for email communications
• Collaborate with business, creative, and technology teams to enhance marketing strategies
• Maintain workflow organization and adhere to best practices in campaign execution
• Communicate effectively and provide leadership in implementing innovative solutions

Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:

• BA/BS degree required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SQL programming
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in programming, analytics, or consulting
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in AMPscript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including data extensions, queries, automations, and journeys
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities and tight deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret and leverage data structures
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
• Experience developing reusable objects in Salesforce Marketing Cloud for efficient email asset management
• Familiarity with compliance requirements related to email marketing

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the financial services industry
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and Jira

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $50.00 to $70.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
