With our expansion comes growth potential and we want you!What We Offer:* We guarantee 40 hours per week weather permitting* Great company culture that focuses on growth, teamwork, and respect, and we like to have fun too!* Benefits start on the 1st of the month following hire date!* We supply and launder uniforms.* Performance based pay* Paid Vacation and Major Holidays.* 401K with Company Match Retirement Plan.* Medical (with 3 affordable options to choose from), Dental and Vision.* Company paid Life Insurance and Employee Assistance Program for yourself, spouse, and children.* Company paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability* Optional Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Savings Accounts, Supplemental Medical Insurance, Pet Insurance, and ID & Legal Shield.* Compensation: $18.00-$24.00 per hour based on experience.Responsibilities:* Help equipment operator, excavation manager, and other skilled labor when necessary.* Prepares necessary supplies, tools and other equipment for transport to worksite.* Load or unload construction materials* Operates small hand tools and provides other construction type labor in projects.* Set up and take down ladders, barriers, and other temporary structure.* Maintaining a clean job site - pick up tools and equipment and secure job site each day in order to eliminate potential hazards.* Proficient with use of pipe/grade laser* Use hand tools (rakes, shovels, broom) as needed.* Ready to learn from on-the-job training when necessary.Requirements:* CDL license with clean driving record preferred.* Sewer Layer License preferred.* Machine Operation-Excavator/backhoe/skid load experience preferred.* Self-motivated.* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.* Must be able to complete required physical labor for entire shift.* Must maintain a healthy physique able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs., hold a minimum of 30 lbs. overhead for an extended period, squat/sit in small space for extended period, and aid in other overall physical job requirements.* Must be able to understand and adhere to the safety requirements of this position.* Ability to work in all weather conditions.* Proficient with small tools.* Ability to be on time at yard (6 am) every day.* Ability to work on roofs & lifts.All candidates are required to undergo a pre-employment drug screen and background checks.
