We boldly go.Job Summary：Performs various tasks related to assisting dealers with accurate receipt of HVAC & Supply equipment.Where is the work:This position has been designated as On-Site.This role has been designated by the Company as Safety Sensitive.Responsibilities:* Schedule and coordinate trailer pick-up & delivery with transporters* Monitor status of all pending orders and initiate action as warranted* Review/confirm all memorandum of shipments* Generate all bills of lading and secure carrier signatures* General administrative tasks as required* Performs housekeeping as assigned.* Assist in annual warehouse inventory* Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.Qualifications:* We are looking for a customer oriented person with a High school diploma or GED required. Material handling experience preferred.* Proven ability to follow through on commitments and details* Ability to follow verbal and written instructions* Excellent attendance and punctuality* Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills* Proven team player* Strong customer service skills* Must be able to read and write English* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)* While performing the duties of this job, you are regularly required to stand, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and effectively communicate with others - talk and hear. You will frequently be required to walk; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch or craw. You will occasionally required to sit. This position regularly lifts and/or moves up to 25 pounds, frequently lifts and/or moves up to 50 pounds. Any lifting above 50 pounds should be done mechanically.* Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.* this position works in a typical parts warehouse environment. You occasionally will be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, outside weather conditions, extreme heat, and fumes from forklift. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.Compensation:Base Pay Range: $18-22Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan.
