Description
The Bellevue Public Schools Foundation Kids' TimeSchool-Age Program is currently hiring staff to work part-time, offering a flexible schedule Monday through Friday. Hours Available: 6:30am-8:30am & 2:30pm-6:00pm, Monday-Friday.
Job Summary
Staff report directly to the Site Director and assists with the supervision of all children in the Kids' Time Program. This includes, but not limited to, assisting preparing, implementing and the cleaning up of daily planned activities. Participation in group activities. Preparing, serving and cleaning up morning and/or afternoon snacks. Establishes and maintains open and positive communication with management, co-workers, school employees, parents, and children. Job expectations of the position are governed by the DHHS Child Care School Age Licensing and the policies and procedures as stated in the BPSF Kids' Time Employee Handbook and/or as mandated by BPSF Kids' Time Administration. Support staff/Teachers report to Site Directors, and the Program Director.
DHHS Child Care School Age Licensing, all BPSF Kids' Time candidates must be at least 16 years of age. All employees must complete the Nebraska Child Abuse & Neglect Register, The Nebraska Adult Abuse Central Registry, as well as a complete background check. Candidates 18 years and older must complete the FBI Fingerprint Background Check. All background checks must be completed prior to hire per the DHHS Child Care Licensing. We E-Verify.
Candidates need to have reliable transportation. Previous experience in Child Care is preferred, but not required.
