Title : Sanitation Supervisor

Location : Omaha, NE

Duration : 12 Months

Job Description:

Supervise a team of 17 sanitation employees for cleaning and housekeeping tasks.

Oversee 2nd shift operations, ensuring cleanliness and responding to adverse events.

Perform environmental swabbing, facility inspections, and manage pest control activities.

Assist with plant clean-ups and other operational support tasks.

Handle administrative duties using MS Office and ensure cleanliness standards are met.

Provide staff coaching, ensure adherence to cleaning protocols, and manage occasional weekend shifts.

Qualifications:

Previous experience supervising a sanitation team in a food plant, preferably in a unionized environment.

Knowledge of sanitation chemicals and pest control procedures.

Physical ability to walk, climb stairs, and stand for extended periods.

High School/GED required; college education is a plus.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM.
