Packaging Position Overview

Under the direction of the Supervisor, this role operates in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, executing production procedures in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Primary Responsibilities:

• Operate production equipment, including startup, minor adjustments, and quality monitoring as required.
• Ensure complete and accurate documentation of production processes.
• Clean and sanitize work areas as needed, following SOPs.

Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, scientific, and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer use.
• Strict attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds intermittently.
