Join Adecco and discover a rewarding career opportunity as a Packaging Operator! We are assisting a client in their search for a talented individual to fill this exciting position. This role offers competitive compensation ($18.00/hour) with the potential to convert to a permanent role at the end of the contract period. The client is also offering a $1500 sign-on bonus (see recruiter for details)!
Available Shift: Monday - Thursday, 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1+ years of relevant production experience
- Analytical, scientific, and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Basic knowledge/understanding of aseptic process techniques and applicable quality standards to support sterile operations.
- Basic understanding of Good Documentation Practices and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Basic awareness of quality improvement tools and MPS processes.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Under the direction of the Supervisor, this position will work in a fast-paced, team environment performing production procedures in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Operate production equipment, including start-up, minor adjustments, and quality monitoring as required
- Responsible for complete and accurate documentation
- Clean and sanitize work areas as necessary, in accordance with SOPs
