What you'll do:

The Awake Night Staff works as a direct care staff member within an assigned living unit working 10pm-8am four nights a week including weekends. Primarily responsible for the supervision of students during the evening hours when the Group Living staff is off duty. Depending on location, the Awake Night Staff reports to the Awake Night Staff Supervisor, Shift Supervisor, Director of Group Living and/or Program Director or Manager.

There is no previous experience required for this role. Training will be provided, but if you do have related experience and/or education, you may be eligible to start above entry-level.

To be considered, you should:

Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect.

Have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Have a desire to work with troubled teens.

Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
